If you are building a home and need to tap into the RFWSD's system, everything you need to know about getting water & sanitation service can be found on the New Construction info sheet. 

If you have just purchased a home in the RFWSD, please go to the Transfer Billing application.

Customers can click on the PAY MY BILL button on the right to set up automatic payments for the quarterly water and sewer service fees.

Customers are welcome to download and complete the Customer Survey at anytime.  Completed surveys should be emailed or mailed to the above address.
