The District partners with Xpress Bill Pay for online payment services.   Click on Pay My Bill option to the right to access and pay your account online.  Through Xpress Bill Pay, you can set up automatic, recurring payments.  Also, there are options for email reminders, paperless and pay-by-text functions.
